Five Months

Five pictures for being five months! Adaline continues to be the star of our family and she makes our world a much better place. She is a dramatic, silly, wiggly, loud, and a fun baby girl. Our friend was commenting to us on how she never holds still and I think we have just grown accustomed to her movements. I seldom notice getting hit in the face multiple times when I am feeding her or how her little legs just kick non-stop. She makes me laugh daily and she is a little performer. She makes noises and can be very loud in front of others and then she stops and looks around to see how people react. She also knows how to whip out some grins.

At five months Adaline is currently loving:
-Tags. Yes, she will find the tag off of anything from her burp cloths to the towel she is wrapped up in after her bath. She also started reaching for the tag on her car seat that is completely sewn into the seat. She will sit and play with a tag and meticulously place it in her mouth. My mom made her a new toy that has ribbons on it that are folded and sewn like tags which she is loving.

-Royalty Chair. We purchased her a chair that hooks onto a counter or table so she is able to sit with us and it just may be the best purchase we have made for her. I feel like our lives have changed because she loves to be sitting up and she hates to be left out so keeping her on the floor close to us while we would eat was just not working out. She now spends a large part of her day in her chair while I work on different tasks throughout the day and she has toys at her disposal (although we need to work on not throwing them on the ground).

-Mirror Time. Our little princess (still) loves to play in the mirror. She loves to smile at herself and whoever is holding her and I make sure to schedule in mirror time everyday.

-Social Life. I may be wrong, but I believe she loves going out and being with people. If we happen to have a day when we are inside all day I feel like she gets a tad bit stir crazy. She never stops looking around on walks and she gets all excited at anyone who will look, smile, and/or talk to her.

-Mouth Exploration. I will leave it at "she puts everything in her mouth".

We can't even begin to express how much we love our little goose!
